What to expect

cooking course with 2 or 3 recipes of typical Bolognese or regional cuisine; we will make different types of pasta and typical desserts and we will taste good wine together that will go perfectly with the food.
We'll get our hands dirty so they can better appreciate the dishes of typical Bolognese cuisine.
My cat Pol will assist us during the course.
