Through this exclusive food tour I will take you through the streets of the ancient market of Bologna, which has always been one of the most characteristic places in the city. I will tell you the stories of the traditions and I will show you the typical products.
After the walk through the market streets, I will take you to a local historic shop, a few steps from the market, where we will have a complete tasting: starting with homemade pasta and ending with a surprise, all accompanied by local wines from the hills.
During the tasting I will tell you about the recipes and anecdotes of the food. All the products you will taste will all be of high quality and all unique.
